Immutable Mail

Ledger-anchored mail integrity: proof that a message was sent, received and never altered.

For organisations with strict compliance, audit or legal-evidence requirements, such as finance, healthcare, legal, government and regulated enterprises, GetSetMail can enable a permissioned, append-only ledger for your mail. As the platform processes each message, it writes the message's fingerprint (sender, recipients, timestamps, headers and a cryptographic hash of the content) to that ledger, which several independent nodes hold and keep in step. Nobody can edit, back-date or delete that record, including us. You get independent, verifiable proof that every message is intact.

✓ Tamper-evident mailboxes. Any change to a stored message no longer matches its recorded fingerprint.
✓ Verifiable delivery. Independent, time-stamped proof that a mail went out and arrived.
✓ Audit-ready evidence. For disputes, compliance reviews and legal hold, without trusting a single server's logs.

Our migration tools copy your existing mail over IMAP or POP and keep folders, read state and filters intact while your current service keeps running. We prepare the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records before you switch, and a final delta sync picks up anything that arrived during the move.
